Call for Abstracts

Abstracts of between 200 and 300 words are invited.

These can include work relating, but not limited, to:

  • transport modelling and forecasting
  • accessibility and mobility
  • transport sustainability and other environmental issues
  • transport planning & policy, operation, management and control
  • safety
  • infrastructure and maintenance
  • assessment and valuation
  • data and information systems
  • intelligent transport systems
  • transportation and supply chain management and logistics.

Abstract Submission

Deadline: Monday 1 December 2014

Three keywords related to the work would be helpful in setting the program.

Please insert CAITR 2015 Abstract in the subject line of your email.

Submissions must contain:

  • the name
  • affiliation (organisation)
  • the key contact author.
  • contact details of all authors, including:
    • address
    • telephone number
    • email

Full Paper Submissions

Contact authors will be informed by Friday 12 December 2014 if their abstract has been accepted for the conference.

Student Research Paper Prize

Although the conference is to a large degree informal, the quality of the papers presented by students is taken seriously. There will be a prize for the best student research paper.

Students who wish to be considered for the CAITR prize must:

  • Submit an electronic copy of the full paper with a brief one paragraph CV to the Conference Secretariat (diwilson@unimelb.edu.au) by Monday 12 January 2015.
  • Where papers are written by students with their supervisor(s) the student should be the first author and should be given the main responsibility for development and production of the paper
  • Present the paper in person at the conference.
